I’m so glad that someone finally came out and is filing to ban divorce in California. This idea is pure goddamn genius and I can’t wait to see if it gets some momentum, it probably won’t but thank god someones making a point of this Prop 8 debacle. If those fucking hypocrites that supported Prop 8 come out against this then it will show them to be the homophobic assholes that we all know they are. This is my favorite quote:

My only concern is that this is serious, it could be but I don’t care. I’m getting behind it as a joke and that it’s anti-Prop 8. If it’s not and he’s serious I’d really like to be told so I can eat my words.
